I have the wisdom to prepare for challenges

The thought of facing a challenge can cause an immediate retraction, especially when things are going well.  Upcoming challenges can be sensed by timing and intuition, but some seem to arrive from nowhere.   Some challenges are extremely difficult while others are fleeting moments of inconvenience.  Some challenges resolve quickly while others may endure for many years.

Knowing that a challenge is coming can make us defensive of what we have and of the people we love.  This defensiveness can cause us to shrink or react from a place of fear, especially if the challenge has an acute onset.  But there is an advantage in the awareness that challenges are a consistent part of life.  There is always something on the horizon to either challenge our resolve or challenge us to grow.

This knowing is not meant to keep us in a state of hyper vigilance, but to keep us rooted in our individualized foundational practices.  We build our true selves through conscious healing and reinforce our foundations through activities that keep us grounded.    These activities may include daily affirmations, connecting with nature, deep breathing, conscious food choices and meaningful body movements.  We also honor our personal boundaries with self-love, reflection, kindness and compassion.  These practices allow us to operate from our healthiest self, keeping us in prime readiness for life’s challenges.  The daily sharpening of our tools allow for heightened preservation and resilience.

Many challenges fly under the radar because the small inconveniences of life no longer garner an exaggerated response.  We simply find the gratitude inside the moments of frustration and release.  There is no need to dwell or to tell others what happened.  It is simply absorbed by the gratitude emitting from our fresh foundational practices.

Sensitivity to intuition allows us to feel the energy of bigger challenges long before they arise.  We may notice subconscious shifts in our activities, such as resting more, eating different foods or adding more time in nature.  We may be drawn to read passages or watch videos that will in hindsight prove to be an invaluable guide through these periods of uncertainty.  We remember to detach from the outcome and embrace the love made available through each challenge.

Simply being open to accepting the challenge declares your victory.  Beyond this point is the beginning of a new story that leads to new challenges and new victories.

It is released.
